Chris has deep roots in the Shenandoah Valley and has lived in Augusta County for over 20 years, all of those being in the Pastures District. He currently resides in Augusta County with his wife, Megan, and their two children, where they attend Bridge Christian Church. Chris is community oriented and has always been able to establish and maintain relationships within the community through friendship and also through professional and service involvement. Chris spent 13 years in law enforcement and he and his wife have been the proprietors of Nuckols Gun Works for 18 years. Chris's friendly and personable demeanor quickly earns the trust and respect of those around him. You can count on him to be dependable, reliable, and to work tirelessly to support this community that he loves. You can also be confident he will be honest and direct in his communication with all residents of Augusta County.

Chris is very active in his community. He currently serves on the Blue Ridge Criminal Justice Board, Member of the Shenandale Gun Club, Served as a Narcotics Investigator with the WASP Drug Task Force, Member of the Staunton Elks Lodge, Served on the Foundation Board at the Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Center, Past President and current member of Staunton/Augusta Rotary Club and Rotarian Paul Harris Fellow. Chris is a former Volunteer at the Churchville Fire and Rescue.
